方案與有效期間
Pro 一個月 NT$90，或一年 NT$990。均不自動續訂，到期不會自動扣款，需由你主動再次購買。
一個月及一年是 UTC 日曆期間，不固定等於 30 天或 365 天。沒有仍有效的期間時，從 Apple 交易購買時間開始；有效期間內再購買，從原到期時間接續。月份沒有相同日期時取該月最後一天，App 顯示具體到期日。實際當地售價以 Apple 購買畫面為準。
權益與到期
免費版每天 10 次聊天、5 次成功的文字或語音翻譯，每檔逐字稿最多 10 分鐘。有效 Pro 解除上述付費限制，仍受裝置及來源技術限制。純文字、PDF、圖片知識庫匯入不設付費數量限制。到期恢復免費額度，不刪除既有知識庫、逐字稿或摘要，既有資料仍可閱讀與匯出。
既有買斷及早期付費用戶保留永久 Pro。既有買斷家庭共享維持原設定；新非自動續訂方案不提供家庭共享。
購買、恢復與退款
付款透過 Apple App 內購買，不向 LocalBrain 提供信用卡資料。換機或重新安裝後，使用原購買 Apple 帳號並在 App 選擇「回復購買」。驗證購買或恢復可能需要網路。退款由 Apple 處理，可至 Apple 回報問題提出申請；退款或撤銷的交易會依驗證結果重新計算權益。

Purchase terms — English
Version 1.0.3 plans and free quotas. The products available in the app and Apple checkout information apply.
Pro costs NT$90 for one calendar month or NT$990 for one calendar year. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. Purchase again to extend access. Local prices are displayed at Apple checkout.
Periods use the UTC calendar, not a fixed 30 or 365 days. Access begins at the Apple transaction purchase date or extends from the existing expiration date when later. Dates unavailable in the resulting month use its last day. The app displays the expiration date.
Free includes 10 chat questions and 5 successful text or voice translations per day, and transcription up to 10 minutes per file. Active Pro removes those paid limits; device and source limits still apply. Text, PDF and image knowledge imports have no paid quantity limit. Expiration restores free limits without deleting saved knowledge, transcripts or summaries; existing content remains readable and exportable.
Existing lifetime and early paid users retain permanent Pro. Existing lifetime Family Sharing is preserved. New non-renewing plans do not include Family Sharing.
Payment is handled by Apple in-app purchase. LocalBrain does not receive your credit card details. After reinstalling or changing devices, use the original purchasing Apple account and choose Restore Purchases in the app. Purchase verification and restoration may require internet access. Refunds are handled by Apple at Report a Problem. Refunded or revoked transactions cause entitlement recalculation after verification.
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license.
